What your company does
Used to sort contacts into customers, partners, vendors and so on. Keep it to one or two sentences.
Phone sync
See who's calling. Your phone keeps a live copy of the team's contacts, shown as “Name – Company”, and new cards appear on it by themselves.
Changes reach your phone at its next sync. Opening the Contacts app makes it check.
iPhone steps
- Tap Set up phone sync above and keep this screen handy.
- Open Settings › Apps › Contacts › Contacts Accounts (older iPhones: Settings › Contacts › Accounts).
- Tap Add Account › Other › Add CardDAV Account.
- Server: . User name: your email. Password: the phone sync password. Description: Contact Cards. Tap Next.
- Done. Team contacts appear in Contacts within a minute, and incoming calls show the name and company.
If the iPhone can't connect, tap Advanced Settings, turn on Use SSL, and set Account URL to .
Android steps
- Install DAVx⁵ from Google Play.
- Open it, tap + and choose Login with URL and user name.
- Base URL: . User name: your email. Password: the phone sync password.
- Tick the Contact Cards team address book. Contacts appear in your phone's Contacts app.
Android may ask DAVx⁵ for permission to access contacts: allow it.
Can't use phone sync? and open it on your phone. Doing this twice creates duplicates.
Current event
New cards you add on this phone are tagged with it, e.g. LEAP 2026.
Deleted cards stay here for 30 days and can be restored. Then they're removed for good.
Opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with Arabic and English names. To export part of the list, filter it first and tap Export.
